The slogan should be "Dry". Dry brisket, dry pulled pork, and dry "coleslaw". You need every speck of BBQ sauce to get this food down. And I put coleslaw in quotations because without any kind of sauce, it's pretty much a damn salad at that point. I've had well done steaks that were more tender than the brisket.

Small spot for takeout only. Very good price for the amount and quality. Baked potatoe with chopped beef and fixings. Had a side of slaw that was crisp and fresh, not over loaded with dressing. Best value bbq in the neighborhood in my opinion.
