I'm not normally one to order Turkey at a BBQ place but it sounded good today. It has so much flavor and the sausage is good too. I've been meaning to try this place and glad that I finally did. The meat has flavor on its own that you don't need sauce.

Brisket and Ribs were good! But we fortunately received some Crawfish - it was fresh and delicious.

Absolutely love Dozier's! Have been eating here every chance I get for many years. This place is a part of Fulshear history and I'm so glad that it's now owned by the family again! I absolutely love their baked potato salad! So good! And that bark on the brisket is delicious, smoky, and savory! Today I had the brisket plate(moist cut for me with extra bark and a few burnt ends,) with coleslaw, green beans, all the fixins', and of course no bbq meal is complete without that glass of sweet iced tea and a side of their fantastic banana pudding! Every employee I spoke with was respectful and had a smile on their face. This speaks volumes about the owner and the good work culture! In fact the owner stopped by my table to see how my food was and ended up having a really great conversation with him about the family history of the restaurant! They also have a patio area with live music most Saturday nights! I highly recommend you stop by Dozier's anytime you're in the Fulshear area for some good ol' Texas Bbq done right! 10/10!

While on our family drive we came across Doliver's. We were greeted by the team and left feeling like we made life long friends. Can't wait to try their bbq and check out their local bands. ***We cooked some of the bacon we purchased along with a filet and ribeye and lord have mercy 🤤🤤impeccable!!!

Tried it a couple times after the reopen. Its not looking good. They need to step it up. Average or below but premium priced. This DD order cost me a whopping $103. Yeah theres a big financial penalty for DD delivery I get it. But this still would have cost me $75 if I ordered in house for a couple dry slices of brisket and plain dry sausage. Would you really pay $75 for this??? Ordered a sliced brisket sandwich, they messed up the order and sent a "chopped" mystery meat sandwich (canned Sysco meat?). This look like something you would get at the Astrodome in the 1980s with a warm $10 beer. C'mon man. Look at that. That thing cost $15???? Astrodome quality and Astrodome price. No amount of sauce could save it. Everything just plain, bland and dry. How do you make sausage since 1957 and its still this plain? Ever heard of pepper?
