A charming kitchy over the top barbecue joint and Country Store. We had lunch with a few work colleagues and everybody enjoyed their food. The brisket sandwich was large in filling and perfectly fatty and Smokey the coleslaw had big chunks of crisp cabbage and the dressing was slightly sweet and vinegary and absolutely a perfect side to the sandwich.

The girl at the front asked us if we were first time customers and we told her yes. A guy served us samples while we waited in line to place our order. It was hard to choose with all the mouthwatering items on the menu so we ordered a little bit of everything. They made you feel like you were a new neighbor in town and they invited you into their backyard for a barbecue.. the atmosphere was great.

Really awesome place. First time eating here and it was really really tasty. The service was fantastic too, really nice inviting people. Atmosphere is perfect for a BBQ place. And they have a patio so I could bring my sweet baby boy along too. My dog is a big BBQ critique and he was watering at the mouth for another bite the whole time. Good stuff

Fun place for families, dates or oldies. Great atmosphere, tv's with no sound (love this), and lots of kitchy stuff. Food is very good with meat as the show stopper- lots of sides with old time sodas and beer. Grab some icecream on the way out, if you can manage any more food!

2025 update: I've frequented multiple times this year and the experience has been fantastic. The staff is just amazing. I love how spacious it's and how fast I can get my food and enjoy in peace without people hovering around waiting for a table.— I was a bit hesitant to give them a try for being a fairly large chain but to my surprise it was good. 1.5lbs of meat and two sides were a good amount of food for 3 people quick lunch. The moist brisket, was tender, smoky and buttery. I didn't need any sauce since it was well seasoned. The ribs were also tender and easily off the bones. The ribs were clearly cooked low and slow as the fatty parts acquired this unique aromatic flavor that is achieved when fat is cooked for a long time time such as in confit. The self-serve condiments bar was super refreshing. The onions, pickles, and pickled cherry peppers cut through the fatty meats very well.Lastly, glad to see that the meats are smoked or re-smoked on premise. When I walked in I saw they had the smokers going by the counter. I've visited other BBQ chains were they simply reheat bags of precooked meat in hot water.
