The food was delicious ribs and all! But then my daughter found a bug in her Mac and Cheese!! I know it was takeout but that bug had been dead in the Mac and cheese for a while! Didn't happen that fast at home the bug be looking like that! I know it's just a bug but still kinda get grossed out!! Stuff happens I understand but was just disappointed didn't get to eat the rest of the food with out being cautious!!

The staff here were very passionate about their local dishes and drinks throughout my stay, as they made sure to present nice descriptions about the meals. There were a variety of appetizers on the menu, but recommended waiting for their large plates. Their sausage, squished down with a cloud like bread, was a nice mix between a flavorful and soft/sweet taste. With the option to add a pound of extra meat, I was given a solid brisket, as in it held a perfect balance of fat and stern meat, but it missed the seasoning like the previous food. The mac and cheese, which I'm fond of rating, required little to no force when biting into its covered inside. Both the grilled and fried chicken are options that you will want to take home, with the grilled chicken having a juicy river spread into it like vines of a nice flower and the fried chicken having a noticeable crunch. The steak fries, with or without sauces, weren't to large like most restaurants make them and they possessed a crispy layer with nice filling.

The food was fantastic. The service was better than that. I ordered the Rib platter, the Combo platter, the catfish, the green chile and regular mac n cheese, the ranch style beans, corn and okra. The bbq was perfectly made, the ribs OMG amazing. We were served by Adrian who is outstanding. His customer service exceeded my standard and he just made the visit fun. Dude should definitely get a raise or promotion. Thank You Rib Hut East.
