Normally I don't like to leave reviews but today my wife and decided to eat here for the first time based on the reviews. Well don't believe everything you read. I had the brisket sandwich which was pretty decent and my wife had the pork ribs. She said they were kind of dry but okay, However on our way home her stomach was bothering her and when we got home she started feeling sick to her stomach as she believes it had to the ribs. After vomiting which we believe it had to be food poisoning. We had nothing else eat until we ate there. So beware of reviews they're not always 5 stars. Staff was pleasant but we won't eat there again. Update I would like to change 2 star to one star. I know you said you ate some ribs after we left and didn't fell ill but , let me assure you that we had not eaten anything else that day until we ate at your restaurant. Maybe one of your pork ribs was bad it is possible cause, we both shared the mac and cheese, beans and cole slaw and I didn't get sick. All I know is my wife got very sick after we left your restaurant.

Our Server was Ale (Alexandera), she gave us the best service. She was light in heart and very attentive. The food was awesome & I am not so big on brisket but this time I gave it a chance. No regrets, high quality tasting food for a reasonable price for two. Plus, sweet tea was served in a mason jar, it looks cute and taste so good. We will be coming back.

Pops and I have been a couple times, I get the brisket and ribs with sides and he gets the chop and side. Quick service, great food and surprisingly the sides are my favorite part. Last time we got blueberry cheesecake to finish and damn was it awesome. They were delivering a massive smoke house while leaving so seemed like business was popping! Good for them

I love the food in this place. I usually take take-out, but I tried the dine-in option this time. Johnny was a fantastic server, and he was very attentive to all the details. I never tried the Jalapeño cornbread, but it was spectacular. The food never disappoints here, especially the mac and cheese and the potatoes with Green chile. Brisket, Turkey, and Ribs are always on point. It is a fantastic spot in town for BBQ, and the atmosphere was cozy; I appreciated the detail of having a low music volume. The wait time for a table was fast, and the food came quickly.I will continue visiting this place ☺️ Once again, thank you Johhny for being a fantastic server!

I had my doubts going in. Being the first one there led me to think I would get my food in a flash but that was not the case. Keep in mind this isn't fast food but a real sit down and order your food restaurant. So, I placed my order (Brisket Stuffed Potato, Green Chile Mac & Cheese, Jalapeno Cornbread, and David's Beans) with the very nice young lady and patiently waited. My diet coke came out with a wedge of lemon, I poured it into my glass of ice and got to sippin'. I snapped a few pictures and spoke to the pleasant man who seated me about the streamed Jazz. The sound quality was excellent and it really fit the atmosphere. My food arrived and I surprised to put it lightly. My side dishes were ordered together as a "Side Sampler" which is any 3 sides. Those were as expected. The entree, the Brisket Stuffed Potato, on the other hand was enormous! I took a minute to look at it. It really was unbelievable. There were 2 squeeze bottles of sauces on the table, hot and mild. This being Texas I didn't know what to expect with the hot BBQ sauce so I went for the sissy-fied version. I did try the hot one later and it didn't burn me up and they both had a good flavor. The Green Chile Mac & Cheese was good but it could've used more green chilies. It was still good so no points off for that. The Jalapeno Cornbread could have used more jalapeno but it, too, was still good so no points off. David's Beans were flavorful with bits of brisket throughout. The star of the show, the Brisket Stuffed Potato, was worth the wait. It's a baked potato stuffed with smoked brisket, cheese, green onion, peppers, salt, and butter. I took my time savoring every bite. It is worth ordering even if, like myself, you can't eat it all. (I'd like to see you try, you glutton!) It was quite satisfying and, even though it didn't need any adornments, I put a little of both bottles of BBQ sauces just to taste them on the food. They were both excellent additions.I don't dine-in often but I'm glad I opted to do so. I have no complaints. Next time, I'll leave room for dessert and learn the names of the people involved with my BBQ experience!Thank you very much! 👍
