If someone were to add fast food in the name, I wouldn’t argue, as the staff quickly brought the food out and introduced a welcoming attitude to the establishment. The BFS Sandwich held just the right balance of a sweet and salty taste, and is a perfect meal for a hard day’s work. The mac and cheese, which I’m quick to rate, was topped with a smooth yellow coat that served as the desired salt in every dish, but I feel that the pasta was a bit undercooked, leaving a hard texture. Another side was the cornbread, and it kept a consistent softness throughout its square shape, replicating a treat of excellent qualities. The green chili rice deserves its own review, which is due to its fluffiness and cheesy fountain of flavors. Overall, this place is a stop that I recommend visiting if you love a Texan barbecue.

My partner took me to this restaurant for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised! The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. What truly stood out for me was the ranch water—it was exceptional! I couldn’t help but comment on my drink. The bartender, a young man named Damian, deserves a shoutout for crafting the best ranch water I’ve ever tasted. I highly recommend this place!

Brisket, sausage and sides were all perfect. Creamy banana pudding was topper. I easily see why this is in the Top 50 BBQ spots in Texas!

Had a wonderful dinner. I had the sliced brisket and sausage with the French fries and green chilies, cheese and rice. This was some of the best BBQ I have had. Top notch!

1st vist to DOB, The Appetizer Fried Chicharron was very good, The Corn Bread and Sides outstanding, the Brisket very soft and tasty, The Ribs were fall off the bone but just way to much pepper which just killed the meal, I spoke to the Waitress, she just indicated that she would inform the kitchen, the peach cobbler was a bit strange it was not in a pie cut but was tasty, for me is a repeat maybe for the Brisket and the sides but for ribs which is one my favorites No way, I thinks I can find better eats in El Paso. Sorry for my honesty.
