They are right about their customer service! It's down right disappointing. Cashier is extremely rude and her voice is so intimidating. I kindly asked for a to go box with my order and immediately started shaking her head with a NO! I asked to pay for the tray and she said you don't want to pay for it. So disappointing and rude to say the least. Sad thing is this will never change. They are known for this. Food was still good but be prepared for poor customer service.

Food is top tier. The ONLY place I know i can patronize, and my food is smoked to the T. However, I am HUGE on customer service. Very slow. I do not understand why prepared food takes so long to put into a container. For that reason, I visit every 6 months or so. Also, the website need to be updated. I was sticker shocked when I saw the price increase. 😳😳

I'm all for small hole in the wall places but looks old inside and dirty. I came years ago and had the worst customer service. Thought I'd give them a try again smh same horrible customer service just a different person. I asked for 2 barbecue sauces was charged almost $2 for it ok cool so I'm getting out change mind you there is no one behind me he's giving me an annoyed look. I gave him change for the first one and reached In my purse for the rest he literally gives me a dirty look the whole time. Opened the bag with my chopped sandwich it's drowning in sauce literally so much it was coming through the foil wrapper. Terrible service over priced and not good barbecue. I will not come back

First time here and would be the last! I order a baked potato and omg the amount of sauce on it was crazy! Way too much! The meat needs more season and eaz up on the bbq sauce! The lady upfront was rude as well!

Upon walking in the place its small and nothing really to look at. I ordered a pound of sausage a pound of brisket and a half pound of ribs the total came up to $61 or so dollars. My problem with the food is it all was smothered in bbq sauce I didn't ask for it (see pics). Also the taste was very bland brisket and ribs was dry and overcooked. Places that put bbq sauce on everything is covering up something in my opinion
