Being new to the area means getting to explore new local places and I am delighted to say how I'm happy to stumble upon Vick's Texas BBQ! First and foremost, GET THE POTATO SALAD! Absolutely great but I made the mistake of getting the individual size when I should've got the pint size. My fiancé and I ordered the full rack of pork ribs, sliced and chopped brisket sandwich, mac & cheese and potato salad. It's safe to say they have new loyal customers! The pork ribs were so full in flavor that you didn't need to smother any bbq sauce on it or even think to dip them into any sauces which says a lot. Both sandwiches were packed with brisket and he also adds pickles/onions in a separate bag if you would like to add in yourself. Will be coming back to try the remaining menu items!

Saw the reviews for Vick's and decided to swing by and try it. I have to say that this BBQ is finger licking good!!! Vick was there serving up the grub and we decided to try the sausage, ribs, and potato salad because that what was left at the end of the day.The sausage is really fantastic but the ribs...well the ribs don't need sauce (even though his sauce is delicious). I don't know what kind of voodoo seasoning Vick is using to season his ribs, but the flavor is insanely good.Can't wait to go back and try his brisket! The potato salad was amazing too if you like a potato salad that's on the sweet side, which I do!

Very very good BBQ is an understatement! It was a fantastic BBQ joint with a great atmosphere! If we can make this place a franchise or get the owner to open his own restaurant I can already tell it could be better than Terry Blacks! We loved it! Huge portions and very good and tasty. I had the potato with chopped brisket and it was enough for two people. My wife loved the brisket tacos. We stumbled upon their food truck at a Cigar's International event. Excellent banana pudding too! Keep up the good work Vicks BBQ!
