I keep trying to like this place and im just not impressed. It took 15 minutes to get 1 meal to go. I was the only one at the counter. When i got it home the cucumber salad spilled into the rest of my meal. The flavor is not that great for a BBQ place. The server however was extremely polite and offered sides etc. 100% need more servers like him.

Asking for extra bbq sauce and not getting it is one thing. Okay I'll get over it. But making me a potato and ALL the things that are supposed to be in the potato were thrown on top of the foil because yall were in a rush or too lazy is unacceptable. I've been here many times and never seen this. If I would have taken a bite where all the chicken and sour cream was I would have gotten foil with it. You can see in the pictures just how much was put in my potato. Virtually nothing. Somehow y'all managed to screw up putting things in a potato, that's pretty bad.

Has The Best fried fish in Houston, I always get there bacon cheese burger. Not today! Tried the catfish sandwich with cheese no pickles and no coleslaw and it was Absolutely Delicious. This is a MUST try for the first time. I love the restaurant is nice and clean. Customer service is great and friendly.

It's not common knowledge that Pappas BBQ is a great spot to get burgers and fries! The cheeseburger is double meat, double cheese on a toasted bun with all the desired fixings you might like. I added bacon because ..well..BACON! 🥓... ask for the fries crispy.. they still won't be crispy like McDonalds fries but that's because these are made from potatoes. It's home cut fries like mama used to make. Next time I will ask for extra seasoning on the fries as the fries that had the seasoning were amazing.
