Hidden in the heart of Cibolo, Harmon’s is an absolute gem! The moment you step inside, you’re transported to an old Texas town, and the mouthwatering aroma of the food makes it impossible not to want everything on the menu.
The brisket is tender and perfectly cooked, the sausage bursts with flavor, the smoked pork is divine, the turkey is packed with bold flavors, and the ribs? Absolutely to die for. The cream corn is a sweet, comforting delight. Portions are hearty and satisfying, so come hungry!
Don’t miss the spud and the brisket mac ‘n cheese—both are simply amazing.
The ambiance is calm and welcoming, with great country music playing softly in the background. Parking is easy to find and hassle-free, which is always a bonus.
I can’t recommend Harmon’s enough—this place is a must-visit for anyone in the area!
I had an event there and we rented their room for my boyfriend’s surprise party! We had about 40 people. The staff was very professional and communicated with me the entire time. The process was extremely stress free and we had a wonderful event. My boyfriend loved his food and so did the guests.
The food was excellent and the catering staff was there early and bar staff was there early too.

This place reminds me of an overpriced Bill Miller’s—and I don’t even like Bill Miller’s! My wife’s brisket was dry, lacked flavor, and was just awful. The sausages were way too salty to enjoy, and the creamed corn tasted completely off. The only saving grace was the cheesecake and, of course, the draft beer. But let’s be honest, those aren’t the reasons you go to a BBQ spot. Now I’m heading to BoBeQs Food Truck to get some real BBQ. Save yourself the disappointment and do the same.
This is a throwback barbecue place that I visit on the regular when I need a carnivore meal. The sauce is the best part of the meal. Adds so much flavor to the meal.
