They drove 13 hours from TX to WNC to provide food for; not only people in need, but frontline workers performing disaster relief. All for the sake of being humanitarian. I've never been to Texas, nor had Texas BBQ, but I'm willing to drive 13 hours just to reciprocate. If you decide to give them a try, definitely go for the smoked chicken. You will not be disappointed.

Found this place while working just over the border in LA. What an awesome, unassuming little spot with a really friendly staff. Stopped in for a late lunch so they were out of pulled pork and ribs which I normally have. I was still able to try the brisket, chicken and jalepeno cheese sausage. The meats were good all around, but the chicken really stood out. It was tender and surprisingly moist with an amazing spice rub. Will definitely be back when I'm in this area again.

Hands down the VERY BEST BBQ, I've had. Their prices are great along with the food. Service is prompt and did with a Smile, cleanliness is Awesome. Their menu has variety! From pineapple link sausage to BBQ tacos. I've never been disappointed! The owners, they give back. Whether it be hometown, across the state or neighbor, it shows in their Food and Emoloyees.

It's been a while since I've published any kind of restaurant review, but I feel the need to share my thoughts. First and foremost, I want my intentions clear. I'm not a food critic, nor am I a trained food conaseuir. I'm simply a well traveled individual that wants his opinion notated. Secondly, I want it known that I consider myself quite gifted in the area of cooking BBQ. I consider this of myself, because I have a huge offset smoker, and I've cooked super huge spreads for my friends & family... So, with that being said, here it goes. This was my first, and sad to say last visit ti this establishment. I ordered the 3 meat plate knowing only after asking the folks behind the counter if the chicken, brisket & ribs were fresh wholly expecting it be. This was not the case. #1 the chicken meat was decent, however the skin was rubbery & bland. #2 the rib meat kind of tender, but extremely over cooked with hard parts toward the ends & again bland. #3 the brisket meat provided to me was only from the flat. While it did hold together under its own weight, and it passed the pull test, the quality was HORRIBLE. Extremely dry & once again, the meat was bland. The 3 meat plate came with 2 sides & bread, however, I wasn't even offered bread. I chose Mac N Chz & green beans for my sides. The Mac n chz was a good temperature, consistency, and many fine ingredients. I had no problem with the quality of this side dish. My 2nd side dish was green beans, and while they had a good temperature and consistency, they were bland. My last item was the sweet tea and it was excellent.I could write so much in this review about the finer points of cooking BBQ, and I could include many great tips. However, I don't think my fingers would like me doing all that typing. I'm leaving this review to express my opinion, that the quality of food produced from Circle H was extremely lacking taste, presentability appeal, and of the food that I ordered I through 98% of it away. I took one bite from the brisket, 1 bite from the ribs, & 4 bites from the chicken. I have to give at least one star for this review, and here's why. The folks were kind, the Mac n chz was good, & the sweet tea was delicious. Also, have to give 1 star for the quality & quantity of food for the price. 3 meat plate with drink plus tax was $21.65Hope yall have a great day.

We have eaten here twice now and each time everything has been super yummy and tender. My favorites are any of the ribs, pineapple sausage and boudin but everything we've had is really good. We can't wait to try the catfish next.
