Some of the best BBQ I’ve had! Perfect place to grab lunch or dinner. Highly recommend! The food and service was fantastic. My only regret is I didn’t get more!
Cute little shack. Didn’t have to wait in line but people did start to flow in as we sat down with our food. The meat was tender and juicy. No dryness at all, even the turkey meat! The Mac and cheese was nice although the cheese sauce was thinner than I would like it to be. We really liked the peach cobbler. It comes with a side of blue bell ice cream to eat with it. The potato salad was also delicious. Would definitely stop by again when we’re in the area
401 (k) BBQ has a sign that says “2nd best BBQ in Texas.” In my view, it’s actually #1 in the country. Absolute amazing BBQ, affordable prices, and super friendly staff in a nice, laid back atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely hands down the BEST bbq in the area. The turkey is amazing. The bbq sauce is homemade and delicious!!! Great customer service. Just all around awesome place. A hidden gem!!! I would have posted a pic but we literally ate it in the car on the drive home. Don’t judge!
Updating since we go there often. They do a fantastic special sandwich, check out the picture. I keep telling myself I’m not going to eat the whole thing in one sitting, but so far I haven’t listened.

Food is always GOOD. Folks are nice as can be. It isn’t a fancy place, but it is “the second best bbq in Texas”.
