Stopped by to grab some breakfast on the go, and it was a great experience. People are friendly and super nice. Loved the ambiance. They've got a great vibe. They also have a hall for a party or an event in the back. I grabbed a brisket egg and cheese bowl and turkey sandwich for her, and it was amazing ðŸ‘ ðŸ˜‹. Would love to visit them for lunch or dinner. Strongly recommend ðŸ’¯. Do check out their C-store.

Rudy's was my favorite place for Texas bbq before today. During my visit today I order the breakfast taco sausage and quarter pound of ham and taco and sausage is good but the ham today is disappointing to me. The meat look like pork before cured it is so white!!!! I drove back to confirm with the staff to make sure that is ham which he confirmed it is. What happen! The first photo is the ham I got last month and the second one is what I got today. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT HAPPEN SINCE THOSE ARE NOT THE SAME

Very friendly staff. While eating I was asked a few times if I needed anything. Reason for the four stars on food is I ask for 1/2 lbs of brisket expecting slices, but ended up with pieces. Somewhat chopped along with not being very moist. That can be expected with a chain BBQ restaurant.

Rudy's bbq is average. Meats sold by 1/8,1/3,1/4,1/2 and 1lb. Sandwiches and sides offered. I wanted fries but they sell nothing fried. Small condiment bar offering basic onions,pickles,peppers. No plates for meals. Only butcher paper. Brisket had no flavor, seasoning or smoke flavor. Ham was good. Ribs very tough. Didn't try other offerings.

No DRAMA LAMA, VERY AWESOME BBQ, At a very good price. No waiting,walk in and enjoy a good family atmosphere and very good BBQ. No loud and crazy people. Is for independent humble people that don't need to depend on a waitress, you go get your staff and enjoy your meal. Just amwazin food, you clean your table and you enjoy the Best BBQ, brisquet loaded potato and half of chicken very good, super good and the manager and people are friendly and very attentive. Excelent service thank you guys , you all rock like rockstars! We definetly will be coming back. Thank you all .
