this is a definite try when coming to heb , THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, with the fast service there is hardly a wait time , the employees were very very nice and friendly. would definitely get this again!!!

The food is outstanding, service and order accuracy not so much, we went and ordered almost $100 worth of food, pulled pork sandwiches, turkey, and their bowls. We waited almost 45 mins which isn't horrible, but when we got home most the order was missing, this isn't the first time food has been missing from an order so that's the reason for the review. Doubt I will be going to this location again

Some are amazing guys but others including the woman working there are incredibly rude and brash to their customers, order sweet sauce and no onions due to health reasons and see got an attitude with me ðŸ¤·â€â™‚ï¸ tonight no different and they even add more water/sauce(it's most likely water due to thickness ðŸ¤·â€â™‚ï¸ but my quarter lb of burnt ends was mostly liquid still hungry but hey yall got my money. First night I came here I ordered a lb of burnt ends got a large container that was full I was told to buy a lb and an qt the next got a med shown below along with the quarter which on another night came in a the same med if not slightly larger container. Ow you have been warned I know bbq is more art than science but wtf!?! It's almost like highway robbery at this point especially when your employees actually fill the containers with liquid(not bbq sauce) and falsely weigh your $13 away hell tonight I spent close to $40 and despite feeling ripped off at Nathan's bbq I feel even worse at this location ðŸ¤·â€â™‚ï¸ idk if it's true Texas corporate(aka HEB) or the individuals themselves but come on guys you don't expect theft in your stores why here with over priced beef(sadly you are decent for the price but the portions are criminally inconsistent ðŸ¤·â€â™‚ï¸)Update I still don't recommend going here, very inconsistent with portions and sizes, bought a lb of meat got home it was half a pound and I did question them before leaving, they make up way too many excuses that are just not true and some of the staff are rude and just have terrible business behavior. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

The atmosphere and service were good, however the sandwich I ordered not so much. I ordered a regular sliced brisket sandwich and got more fat than meat. Some people may like the fat, however when I want a bbq sandwich I want meat. Don't recommend.
