Used to be better. Has decreased in quality and quantity of food in last 6 months. Onion rings are excellent. Meat platters delicious, but 1/2 the quantity of 6 months ago.

Well they have a great place with some awesome food. Always more than I can eat. Also all the staff has been so nice. Will be a regular. Their BLT isn't listed but it's awesome. I also have a regular bun used instead of the sweet bun. But fellas that like sweet Buns probably like it

**** Update 3/22/25I come here every year and led a ride of bikers. This visit certainly did not disappoint. Jordan, our server was exceptional. The chicken fried steak did not disappoint. It was as delicious as ever. Jordan even offered up some banana pudding fresh out of the mixing bowl with fresh vanilla wafers. Crunch and fresh bananas. O MY GOD. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals. Thanks for making me look good after leading a 365 mile ride.***update 3.17.24 Well I've been coming back to this place at least once a year because it's been so good. I love the chicken Fried steak. It was good this time but It was to soaked in grease and the breading wasn't as crispy as it should be. Not to mention they're passing on the cost of doing business to their customers charging us to 3% for using a card. For this reason I won't come back.*********Update-- I am riding down again tomorrow- 4th of july 2018 - my wife and i on my new goldwing. (new to me) This is our place to go for a days worth of riding. This is "our" spot now.I drove 150 miles for some chicken fried steak. I was not disappointed. Big steak home made gravy was out of this world. Home made onion rings were top notch. I seem someone getting s brisket topped baked potato and that thing looked like a football. Well worth the ride.** Update ** going back tomorrow....... 150 miles and will love the ride down and back and enjoy my lunch.

My family of 3 we ate there tonight it was horrible the stake was bloody. Getting a hamburger comes with 2 pills why?? The chicken fried stake was like rubber you had to swallow it whole.

Backyard BBQ 05-29-24 Nice open country atmosphere. Friendly people.My family ate dinner here and the food and service was exceptional! I had the Fried Catfish Basket with a Side Salad and Thousand Island Dressing! The fish was hot and crispy with plenty of flavor. My daughter had the Hand Cut 16 oz. Ribeye with a Sid Salad with Ranch Dressing. The steak was cooked just right. It wasn't overly seasoned and tasted great with a little salt added served with a side of Green Beans. My grandson had the Fried Onion Burger with Fries. The onion rings on the burger gave it a tasty crunch and extra flavor. Fries were crispy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside.We had an order of Fried Mushrooms with Ranch! That's my favorite.We got a half Smoked Chicken to go and tasted it when we got home! It was moist and tender with a smoky flavor.Our waiter was totally Awesome! He was right there if we needed anything and made sure our drinks were full. He had our to go order ready when we finished our meals.Overall, today was a 10 out of 10.We will definitely be back!
