Honestly, the best barbecue I've ever had in my life. The brisket and the ribs were the highlights for me, but the pulled pork was amazing after some pickled jalapeno juice and a little sauce. The mac was super flavorful too, just ever slightly over cooked pasta IMO. The kimchi cucumber and peppers was fire. This is a MUST if you want some delicious BBQ. Be prepared to wait in line for a little bit. I would definitely come back here!

Worth it! Got there a little before noon and had to wait in line for 45 minutes. Ordering was very easy though I had read the menu several times by then.Chose the brisket, jalapeño sausage, spicy garlic pickles, pickled onions, and a skinny margarita with tequila. All was very delicious and will keep them in mind for my next trip. Maybe call in a pickup since it's pretty quick instead. However, talking in line with others waiting for their turn is great.

Arrived when they opened at 11 am on a Saturday. Waited in line for 2 hours. Friday-Sunday beef rib sold out a little before I was able to order.Pork Ribs - So tender. Probably the best pork rib I've had in Austin. Pint Brisket Chili - Really good. Chopped Brisket - Not that great. Fairly dry and no sauce. Chopped Cheese Sausage - Amazing. Turkey - Not that great. A bit dry. Side Potato Salad - Very mustardy, but not bad. Side Chipotle Coleslaw - Pretty good. Side Black Beans - Pretty good. Pickles - Really good.Ribs and sausage were excellent.

Firstly, GET THERE EARLY (aka even before they open)TLDR: 100/10 definitely recommend!Got in line about 30 mins before they open and waited about 90 mins after they opened to order food. While waiting you are offered to purchase a drink and look at the menuWe got: beef rib, pork ribs, sausage, shells & cheese, beans, potato salad, pickles and bread. This was PHENOMENALBeef ribs were so tender juicy and flavorful. They literally fell off the bone. So meaty as well!Pork ribs were sweet and smoky and very tender.Pork sausage crispy outside with delicious interior with so much flavor!Shells & cheese really cheesy and goodPotato salad was too acidic for my liking (I prefer creamy potato salads) but it was goodThe beans aren't the beans you normally expect as they are black beans. But still good regardless. My friend loved the pickles. The bbq sauces on the table were really good too.All this food was just over $100 and for 2 of us we had so much food left. There are to go containers and bags by the door so you can packed them yourself.Atmosphere: staff was awesome and friendly. Very clean inside and outside. Bathrooms were clean too. Not a lot of seating inside but plenty outside. Parking may be a bit difficult.Would I go again? Absolutely Is it worth the price & wait? YES Add this to your must visit list.

A *must-visit* for barbecue lovers! 🍖 Located just east of downtown Austin, it's clearly a local favorite—we arrived at 11:30 AM, and the line was already wrapped around the block. 😳**Pro tip:** If you've got a group and can order in pounds, order weeks ahead on the website for a "to-go" order. They'll cut it fresh when you arrive, and you can still enjoy it at their awesome outdoor picnic tables. 🧺✨The staff here is fantastic—super friendly and accommodating. They even let me pick up my order a little early, which was a nice touch. 👏Now, let's talk food. The fatty brisket was a standout—smooth, tender, and practically falling apart. The "regular" brisket was good too, but I'd definitely recommend going fatty. It could've used a touch more salt, but they go heavy on the pepper, which seems to be their signature style. 🧂🌶️The pork ribs? Absolute perfection. 💯 I'd order these every single time. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Honestly, I regret not trying the beef ribs—next time for sure! 🐖🔥I opted for the sausage instead, which was packed with flavor and had a bit of a kick, even though I didn't get the spicy version. The texture was interesting—crumbly and falling apart like ground beef, not tightly packed like traditional sausage. It's different, but still tasty. 🌭Sides-wise, the potato salad was quite mustard-forward (a preference thing, but worth noting), and the mac and cheese had a surprising spicy twist. 🥔🧀🌶️Overall, this place lives up to the hype. If you're in Austin and craving top-tier barbecue, this spot is worth the wait. 🏆🍴
