The food was really great. A bit expensive but what isn't these days? The brisket was cooked perfectly and the jalapeño cheddar sausage was amazing. The corn side was unexpectedly tangy but in a good way. One of the kind gentlemen gave me a sample of the Dr Pepper pork ends and that was really good too. All said I give it an A+, and will be back one Wednesday for the Texas twinkies!

Fabulous food. Everything was delicious. We had the ribs and brisket with beans, mac n cheese, scalloped potato's, hatch chile corn and coleslaw. Our fav sides were the corn and mac n cheese and coleslaw. The meat was amazing, flavorful and bomb hot barbecue sauce came with. I recommend this place if you're ever in Austin!

World-class barbecue. So glad I found this on Google Maps due to its insanely high rating (and high rating elsewhere). They were not wrong/inflated. Can't believe this isn't mobbed. I wouldn't be surprised if this became a Texas barbecue destination soon. Loved everything. Don't miss the brisket, sausage, beef rib, turkey, or scalloped potatoes! Oh and there's a great bar next door (Rock House) with plenty of space to eat AND a great playground for kids!

The BBQ spot is fine. We ordered baby back ribs, brisket, and the Maui Waui taco. The brisket was good and moist, and the baby back ribs were sweet and tangy. The dish was too peppery for my taste. The taco didn't have the flavor of a classic one; it was actually too meaty. For some people, having it packed with more meat would be a great advantage, but we prefer the more traditional style. I wouldn't say we were impressed by the flavors, but the BBQ was good. The service was excellent. I would recommend this place.
