Fantastic experience at Rossler's. All of the meats were perfect; I had the brisket, pork ribs, and pork belly. In the same class as all of the best in Texas and really nice folks that put their heart into their food and their customers. Would highly recommend for lunch or catering!

Ok Seriously.... They're so friendly first off!!! You can smell the BBQ from the service road!Perfect/Easy location and more than enough road to get to it when you exit!Food is definitely amazing!And they're getting crunch packs for those that like to count macros and hit the gym!!! LFG!!!

No joke. 5 stars. Hands down, best barbecue I have ever had. If you want real Texas BBQ, look no further. Meat was perfect. The burnt ends Literally melt in your mouth, brisket was perfect, sausage was great. amazing flavor, sides were unbelievable, I got the dirty rice and the beans. I asked, "what do you recommend between the rice and the Mac, and she's like rice. I'm so glad I trusted her. Best seasoned rice. Amazing. If you haven't tried this yet, you are literally missing out. Service was quick and super friendly.

I constantly google BBQ near me and I never saw Rossler's Blue Cord BBQ until one day they popped up in my search results. Which was such a coincidence because I live near where they park in Harker Heights and I never realized I was driving by a bbq truck, let alone a great one! Not even a great bbq truck, it's just great bbq in general, better than most restaurants!I have been to 5 of the top 10 bbq places in Texas and I'd put Rosslers #3 In my personal rankings of best bbq I've ever had and by far the best bbq I've had in the Killeen/ Waco area. What a coincidence that just a few weeks later they'd make it to the Texas top 25 list! All of their food is delicious and they earned it, not alot of places can get bbq and their sides right, but they sure do. I love the brisket, it's amazing (I'll mop your truck with a toothbrush for the rub recipe) the Ribs are classic Texas but I loved how they sprayed lines of bbq sauce on them, for flavor and presentation. Every side we had was phenomenal and I truly enjoyed my visit. I will return every time I can. And I will and already have recommended this place to alot of friends and family. Absolutely great people, and better food 10/10

My friend Bob, and I drove down from DFW today. He and I have had samples of their food at festivals before but wanted to experience their full menu, during a normal service. Everything was fantastic. Meats, sides, and the spiced banana pudding were all out of this world. Owners are super nice, and friendly as well. We have travelled all over the state to eat barbecue, and Rossler's is great destination for any Texas BBQ lover. Highly recommend.
