Very mediocre in terms of BBQ. Brisket was best but not very tender. Sides were just ok as well. People were very nice but I went there for the food.

It smelled good outside, but after getting my brisket sandwich, it had no taste and was dry. I was very disappointed. The service was good. Nice people. There's enough parking for semi and trailer. Payed around $25 for 2 meals.

The brisket was very tender, but lacked seasoning. It was good with BBQ sauce. The house made 'fire water' has a great flavor and is not too hot

Cowboys BBQ offers a quick lunch experience, drawing a down-to-earth, blue-collar crowd.Priced at $12, I enjoyed brisket and two sides, thanks to their all-you-can-eat self-serve buffet of sides. The same staff have worked there for years and that speaks volumes about the establishment's commitment to its employees and the loyalty of its customer base. It's a laid-back venue with outstanding barbecue offerings.Menu attached in picture.

It could be a barbecue joint but the brisket was still dry it nearly crackled. If you're going to serve that flat, give me a little fat juice to give it a little bit of flavor. It was bland.Sides were okay. The building is effectively made of plywood so it has a little bit of a barbecue feel to it
