As someone who's made the rounds at some of Texas' most legendary BBQ spots—Franklin Barbecue and Terry Black's among them—I can confidently say that Brantley Creek BBQ has taken the top spot on my list. What sets Brantley Creek apart is simple: the brisket and ribs are on another level. The brisket is everything you want it to be—smoke-kissed, perfectly rendered fat, and a bark that packs both flavor and texture. It's tender without falling apart, and every bite has that deep, smoky richness that brisket lovers chase. Then there are the ribs. Meaty, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. They don't fall off the bone (which any BBQ purist knows isn't a sign of quality), but instead have the ideal bite and a bold, balanced rub that lets the smoke and pork shine through. If brisket and ribs are your benchmark, Brantley Creek BBQ is the real deal.

Food was very, very good. There was a long line but it moved quickly and the food came out fast. The environment is super chill and not too loud. The bar is a separate line so if you're with someone they can hold your place while you go snag a couple "waiting in line" beers. They had live music when we went and he played and sang really good.

Excellent BBQ spot that really caters to everyone! I highly recommend the brisket, smash-burgers, and banana pudding. The ribs and sausage are good, just second tier... I wouldn't recommend their beans.

Came here on my days off after plenty of people telling me to try. The kiddos got chicken and ate it down to the bone. That's a tell tell sign that the food is very delicious. I got the Texas Trinity, and it did not disappoint. The brisket here is the best I've had in the Permian. If you are here working or live around here, you need to stop by! 8.4

Did yall know they are on the top 24 bbq spots in Texas!!!! And after this lunch I can tell why! It was my first time and all the staff was helpful and friendly! The line was long when I got there but it was quick and my food was ready by the time I went to pay! I wasn't sure what to get so the girl working was helpful! I ordered the white queso, a brisket sausage sandwich, green chili smash burger, Mac and cheese, fries, and a Texas Twinkie which is a cream cheese stuffed jalapeño wrapped in bacon. The queso is thick and creamy! Loved that. I hate watery queso! I can't tell what I loved more the burger or the sandwich! The brisket was really good. A little fatty but just the right amount. The bbq sauce was good but you don't have to drown it in sauce! The burger was flavorful and juicy! The fries are home made! The Mac was creamy and the Texas Twinkie was just the right amount of spice! Next I want to try their frito style pies or their spuds! The vibes were cute, it's indoor and outdoor seating, dog friendly and they have a bar!
