This was my first time visiting The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque in Trophy Club, and Ryleigh made it an incredible experience. I can be super indecisive, but she was so patient and kind. I asked for her recommendations, and she took her time walking me through the menu—even while the restaurant was busy. She greeted me with a warm attitude, didn't rush me, and even apologized for what I didn't consider a long wait.As a business owner myself, I know firsthand that great customer service makes all the difference—and Ryleigh nailed it. The food was great, but honestly, the service stood out even more. Thank you for making such a great hire. I'll definitely be back!

We decided to try the original Hutchins BBQ after enjoying the Frisco location. Overall, everything was delicious and lived up to our expectations—except for the brisket. It was dry—so dry we couldn't even finish it. The person taking our order didn't ask if we wanted fatty or lean brisket, which might have made a difference. The sides, however, were all fantastic. The mac & cheese, coleslaw, and especially the creamed corn were all delicious. The creamed corn was definitely my favorite. As always, the service was top notch. We'll be back, but next time we'll make sure to ask for the fatty brisket.

Tasty BBQ and sides. The brisket was really dry but the giant rib was delicious. Even so it was over $50 for a 1.5 pound rib that was mostly fat. I may return to try the sausage or Texas twinkie but definitely won't revisit or recommend the brisket, which is usually my favorite item to order at a BBQ joint

Hutchins BBQ has been on our bucket list for a while! It was certainly even more than expected.....the ABSOLUTE BEST BBQ we have EVER had and that says a lot as we have enjoyed our share of BBQ from all over the place [not to mention the banana pudding and peach cobbler dessert bar]! The staff was extra helpful and very friendly! The decor was over the top, too! When I greeted staff as we got ready to leave, she even offered us a free sample of the pork belly burnt ends that was like the "icing on the cake" kinda bite! Thank yall for everything...we'll definitely be back!!!

My hubs kept seeing TikTok videos on this place and had been wanting to try it. We're from Oklahoma and like to eat at new restaurants and day trip to casinos. I had a free room at Winstar and decided we'd go here for lunch. The brisket was AMAZING. Possibly the best brisket I have ever had. The seasoning on the sticky icky fat of the brisket was really REALLY good. The Bbq sauce was all a little disappointing but I don't sauce my Q anyway. I didn't know in line you can order 1/4 lb of meat or I would have tried more. My hubs is picky and loved the jalapeño sausage. Those Texas Twinkies are worth every penny. The kicker is the FREE banana pudding and peach cobbler. Sides were so so. Got Mac, fries, and okra. Clark Crew & Swadley's in Oklahoma don't even come close to this. Seating and parking is kinda scarce but it was around 1pm on a Friday.Round 2 few weeks later... The brisket was SUPER dry this time, and definitely not the best I've ever had. Tried one pork rib for $5.xx dollars... waste of money. The Texas Twinkies were still great. Free banana pudding and peach cobbler 👍🏻👍🏻
