OH.MY.GOSH! We were driving back to East Texas, wanted BBQ for dinner. This is a cool little place. We ordered a sliced brisket sandwich w onion rings and chopped brisket w fried okra. Our sandwiches were awesome, my husband said the homemade onion rings were perfect...but! that fried okra was to die for! So flavorful!! We drive back home a couple times a year and have already said this joint will be on our food list!

Brisket was amazing! That bark on that brisket had a great flavor and even a little heat! The jalapeño cheddar sausage was so good and the Mac and cheese was really great! Travel to central Texas for gigs a lot and this will be a regular stop for the band!!

Random stop at 330 on a Wednesday, so my expectations for food freshness were low (too late for a fresh lunch and too early for dinner). I was beyond surprised. Amazing food and amazing service. Best bbq in Corsicana and absolutely best Cowboy beans in Texas. Can't wait to come back! UPDATE. This place has tanked. Just garbage brisket last couple of times I have came. Monday night and service is absolutely horrid.

Excellent food, great service, friendly and engaging staff. I recommend the catfish, chopped brisket, jalepeno cheddar sausages, peach cobbler and ice cream to top everything off. Can't go wrong. They'll work with you to make custom sandwiches and burgers, add brisket to your burger, or pulled pork etc. gotta give em a try!
