Flavor: A Service: A Tea: A Solo dining: A The brisket was moist and tender. Not the most impressive but very good. The stars of the show, though, were the sides. The baked potato casserole and the sweet potato casserole were both top notch. So good. I loved the honey BBQ sauce. There's a mural painted on the wall that said something like "You deserve to eat this good." And I believe I do. And I did.

Fantastic service and food was great. Hands down the best in San Antonio. Shelby was super helpful, we had previously gone to Garcia's BBQ on Huebner, they were rude & acted like it would take an act of congress to substitute 1/2 lb of pork. That being said please visit The Big Bib it's great.

This is the best BBQ food I have ever tried. Every single time I come to the city I need to make time to stop by and give it another try. The flavors have remained consistent throughout the years to include the prices. If anything could be changed in this location will be the Pepsi products for Coca-Cola! Most definitely a hidden gem for those who love Texas-BBQ or overall traditional BBQ food.
