Ribs very dry and hard. Parts too dry to chew. Ribs were as if they had been kept hot too long. Sides were good. Meal very disappointing. I got order to go. If dine in I would have sent back.

Had a great experience at The Bar B Q Man Restaurant! The prices were reasonable and the bbq was good quality. We had brisket, jalapeno sausage, and chicken with pinto beans, potato salad and coleslaw. The bbq sauce was good and complimented the bbq. The sweet tea was very good and I think I had at least three cups! The staff was very kind and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Corpus Christi!

The "Bar-B-Q" man needs to go make another style of food. Tree bark brisket with unflavored beans and hospital bread. I'm just wondering how you make a brisket like this and look at it and say "Yeah, that's juicy". It's beef jerky brother.

We were greeting with a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. My mom and I ordered brisket and ribs plate with potato and beans sides to go(as pictured- she got to her food before I could take a photo haha). We got the hoemmade sweet tea and LORD IS IT DELICIOUS. The meat was smoky and juicy. The sauce made it even better ðŸ˜©. Enjoyed EVERY SINGLE BITE. 10/10 would recommend
