I went today on a rainy day and got three chopped beef and sausage sandwiches. The young girl that took my order repeated my order and got back with nothing but sausage. The sausage was also mediocre. No chopped beef. I had to go to Mckenzies and get the rest since this place was closed. Do not bother coming here. They mess up your order.

I used them to cater for 50 people at a house party. The food was amazing! Right on time and had everything included! I had so much extra food! My friends and family all asked where I got the food. Great value for the 25 person party pack! Includes all the trimmings!

Absolutely phenomenal! Every single time I step foot in this place, I am completely blown away. The hospitality is beyond words—it's like they don't just serve food, they serve pure joy on a plate! You can feel the passion in every bite, the love in every interaction. It's not just a meal; it's an experience, a celebration of flavor! The food? Out of this world! The brisket is so incredibly tender and smoky that it practically melts in your mouth—absolute perfection. And the chicken? Pure, juicy, seasoned-to-perfection bliss. Every dish is crafted with excellence, making this place the gold standard of barbecue.Honestly, if I had the power, I'd hand them a Michelin star myself. They don't just meet expectations—they shatter them. Thank you for making every meal here a highlight of my life. You've set the bar so high, no other BBQ spot even comes close!

I had a sales rep from another company bring us breakfast brisket tacos with eggs and cheese and brisket wrapped in what appeared to be fresh made tortilla! It was insanely delicious!!! These brisket breakfast tacos are the best kept secret in Willis and I am blowing the lid off of this case!! You have to try them! Also if you are a sales representative looking to impress another business, bring them some of these. You will be In!!!

What the heck?? I looked at all the pictures of beautiful barbecue from all of your reviews and I decided I really needed to try this place. So, I visited at 2:00 p.m. on a Thursday. Maybe because it was past the prime lunch time but I didn't get anything like what I saw in the pictures. Take a look at mine. Everything was dry as a bone and oddly, very small. Tiny ribs, thin brisket - as if it came from a tiny cow. I can't quite figure out how I got what you see in my pictures and what everyone else got that I've seen in theirs. It's like it's two different places. In fact, they were so dry that it would have been tough to work through them, but they were saved by liberal application of their outstanding barbecue sauce. As with other reviewers, I found little to no smoke flavor, but at least the meats were cooked properly and very tender. However, you shouldn't have to depend on the sauce to enjoy good barbecue. For the sides, the coleslaw was quite ordinary but the potato salad was excellent. It's a tiny dining room - classic barbecue shed and kind of perfect. There was no visible restroom but wet wipes are on every table. Based on the very high ratings I may have caught them on and off day or maybe just too late to get moist meats. This is clearly a neighborhood favorite and the steady stream of diners and take out orders support that. Finding good barbecue in this part of town is tough, and based on what I was served I would not return. I would drive the extra 30 minutes and hit Bar A in Montgomery. That's a whole different level.
