This is just my opinion and honest review, I ordered a 1/4 ribs and turkey with 2 sides came out to $23 w/tax. The ribs and turkey are both good but where's the smoke ring??. If you're expecting Cattlelack BBQ, Hutchins etc this isn't it. If you're expecting good food, good service then you'll be happy. The issue I have is that when I look at ribs or any bbq I expect to see a smoke ring, bark on the ribs and this just isn't it, it's more like it was baked or something. Im a little bit disappointed although the food is good .

Average bbq. The ribs, turkey & brisket didn't have that Smokey taste that great bbq should have. The ribs were dry & it seemed like the meat wasn't fresh off the pit. The brisket queso was good, but the chips were not warm. The service was very attentive & everything was clean.

We recently visited Strouderosa, and it was an incredible barbecue experience! We ordered The Adam with brisket and pulled pork, and both were fantastic. The brisket was perfectly tender and moist, while the pulled pork had just the right amount of peppery kick. The house-smoked wings were another standout—absolutely delicious.Our toddler couldn't get enough of the mac and treeso, which was a fun and flavorful twist. I personally loved the creamy potato salad, and my husband raved about the candied carrots. Strouderosa truly has something for everyone.They provided two sauces at the table, and while the mild sauce was my favorite, I appreciated that the meats didn't need it—they were juicy and flavorful on their own. Strouderosa nails it on every front, from the sides to the perfectly smoked meats. We'll definitely be back!

Great BBQ. We had the pulled pork and brisket. The brisket was so tender and tasty. The pulled pork had a great smokey flavor and was incredibly juicy.The Mac and cheese was some of the best I have ever had and the beans had a good hint of jalapeno.It was crowded but the owner was able to ask a couple to share a table with us.I think we have found our GO TO BBQ place.
