Dropped bags at the hotel and headed here for catfish, mac and cheese, green beans and banana pudding. My dinner companions were subject to my moans and groans in delight of every bite. O Outstanding quality, care, flavor and love is put into this food.Hands down the best banana pudding I ever had.A must add to my list for any trip back to Dallas.

Family owned and operated and you can feel the welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. I've tried the catfish, barbecued ribs, smothered ribs, brisket, greens, mac and cheese, yams, cornbread and the lemonade and everything is perfect. The portions are generous and the staff makes you feel like family. The restaurant is owned and operated by 2 brothers. Stop by and check them out.

Melt in your mouth brisket, just the right heat hot links, perfectly cooked turkey. I could go on. Everything we had was spot on delicious. The sides were good, too. I ate the yams as my dessert. Clean dining room with plenty of light and sports on a couple tvs. Great music in the background. Everyone was friendly. I'm already thinking about my next visit.

I came from Baltimore for my birthday and this place was a recommendation of a friend. Her family owns this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. I went two days straight! Everything I had was good, but those ribs and brisket were both so juicy and flavorful! Top tier bbq! I was able to meet one of the owners as well. He was very hospitable. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the ribs, but they were delicious! I will be back!

Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, no question about it. I got the "Pound of Smoke" which is a sampler - all wonderful. The sides: BBQ beans and Collard Greens were very tasty. The staff all friendly and fast to serve. A gentleman from the staff, Brent, stopped by and made sure everything was perfect and showed absolute gratitude for me as a patron. Perfect execution all around and I look forward to my next visit.
