If your looking for DELICIOUS BBQ THIS IS THE SPOT. This was our first time here, my husband & I. We decided on the Texas Trinity. Brisket, sausage, pulled pork. Its also served with white bread, sliced onion, pickles on the side.The BBQ sauce that is served at each table is DELICIOUS not to sweet / thick, it pairs perfectly with the meat!The TEXAS TRINITY is a MUST!The sides we ordered were Mac n cheese, potatoes salad. HANDS DOWN COME FOR THE MAC AND CHEESE! It does come with green chile. It was very delicious & unique.The staff is VERY KNOWLEGEABLE HELPFUL & COURTEOUS.

Where to start. You walk in and are greeted with true Texas hospitality. The place is cozy with great classic country music playing. Cameron, Zach greet you and give an amazing explanation of the menu for first timers like my wife and I. Emily Jaden hold it down in the back. The ribs and brisket were cooked perfectly while the baked beans and potato salad added the perfect compliment to this classic Texas meal. The prices are spot on. They are not here to get rich instead you can tell its about the passion for serving great Barbecue. Thank you for your dedication and for sharing your talents with the El Pado community.

Don't think Skinny is for healthy food. This BBQ was on point. I've never gotten so excited to see a plate come out. Yeah I was hungry too. This is a nice small BBQ spot everyone should try. The brisket was moist and the pulled pork was great! The mac and cheese was delicious and it's one of the top sellers for a reason. I was a bit skeptical of the baked beans but the flavor that came out of them was great. The place is small but I got there right after the lunch hours. Apparently Skinny is the owners nickname and he gave me a quick run down of how he got it. Skinny trying to make everyone fat with this delicious BBQ. They only have can and bottle drinks but wasn't a big deal to me. Definitely going back!
