The moist brisket is orgasmic! I think i moaned a little bit the first time I ate it.Plus if your a overnight worker like me and cant find anyone to serve dinner at 7 am. Which is my 7pm. This place will do it so they will be getting my patronage quite regularly.The sides are so good I usually get a pint of potato salad and the one thing I wish with all my heart is that in the future they will incorporate some Mac n cheese . Otherwise this place is absolutely insane when it comes to brisket and ribs.

Came here and was served the most dry pieces of brisket I have ever eaten in my life. Pictured are the lean and moist cuts side by side.We didn't have a choice so ended up eating it anyway, but this is not the experience I expected at Rudy's.

Consistent product everytime. My favorite thing to get here is a brisket baked potato. the brisket tacos are good as well. Everything on the menu is good. Banana pudding is instant and has Banana chunks in it.
