Scenario: I made two orders from Rudy's going to two different places. The first order that got dropped off was the wrong one, the one that was coming to me, should've went to the first... I know, a bit confusing, but was labeled correctly, just a huge mix up.... But when I contacted the restaurant for a correction they did not hesitate to make it right! The owner himself, delivered the correct, replaced, order to me with no issue. I appreciate this so much, it was awesome to have great customer service from a place we already loved! We go to this Rudy's quite often and I oder deliveries often as well.. Never had an issue with either, till today, and was fixed right away! Thank you to the owner of this Rudy's for your kindness!!!! Another reason to love this restaurant even more!! Never been to another Rudy's but I hope the customers are receiving the same impeccable service that this one is giving on the daily!

I love how the seating is arranged and OF COURSE the food was great!! It always is exactly what I want when I need to have a food fix. Service was professional and friendly. The sides were tasty too. I also appreciated the clean relish bar and soda fountains. Always a plus.

Rudy's 'Country Store' and Bar-B-QIf you're looking for a no-fuss, Texas-style barbecue experience with a rustic charm, Rudy's 'Country Store' and Bar-B-Q is the spot. From checkered tablecloths to self-serve condiments and a cafeteria-style ordering system, it's all about the food—and Rudy's delivers on that front. The Breakdown of My Meal: • Moist Brisket (aka Fatty Brisket) - Smoked overnight and seasoned in true Rudy's fashion, this was exactly as described—moist. Maybe too moist for my personal taste, as I prefer less fat. That's on me, not Rudy's. Next time, I'll stick with the leaner cut. Verdict: Good, but I'd opt for regular brisket. • Jalapeño Sausage - A solid German-style sausage, made with half beef, half pork, plus spices and jalapeños for a kick. The snap on the casing was great, and the spice was just right—enough to wake up the taste buds without overpowering. Verdict: A must-try if you like a little heat. • Creamed Corn - This was hands down the MVP of the meal. Sweet, creamy, and rich, with whole kernel corn in a sauce made from heavy cream, parmesan, and Rudy's special blend of seasonings. If you only get one side, make it this one. Verdict: Absolute perfection. • Rudy's Beans - Pinto beans slow-cooked with brisket and Rudy's BBQ sauce. A little spicy, a little smoky, a little tangy—these are not your average barbecue beans. Verdict: A great supporting player to the meal. • Peach Cobbler - A warm, cinnamon-infused, baked-fresh-daily dessert with sweet peaches and a crispy, caramelized crust. It wasn't the best cobbler I've ever had, but it definitely satisfied the craving for something sweet to round out the meal. Verdict: A cozy, comforting classic.Overall Rating: (5 Stars)Rudy's doesn't try to be fancy—it's Texas BBQ, done right. The brisket was exactly what it promised to be, the sausage had a great flavor, and that creamed corn? I'd go back just for that. Next time, I'll skip the fatty brisket in favor of the leaner cut, but overall, this was a solid barbecue experience. Would I go back? Absolutely.Pro Tip: Don't sleep on the creamed corn. Seriously.

Been going to Rudy's all over the country since the 90's. This was by far the worst. Meat was stone cold, baked potato was cold, green chili stew had no meat in it. Most times you can count Rudy's being consistent but not this one! Didn't even finish it.

Typical Rudy's, above average bbq. I personally didn't care for the consistency of sausage. Brisket was good. Beans taste like they pored it out of ranch style beans can. Slaw, ok.
