Got to agree with a couple others. When I came to Randys I was expecting Kileens or Central Texas ..or even Brisket House BBQ..this was NOT it..purchased a 2 meat plate..Brisket..ribs..mac n cheese and Parsley potatoes.. brisket was flavorless....ribs were chewy flavorless and not great either. The Mac had to be boxed because it had no flavor just what seemed what was in package. The potatoes seemed to have been soaked in mop bucket water...was hard in spots and tasted horrible...not worth the 23 or 24 bucks I spent. I wouldnt reccommend either...need new recipes ..or season the brisket and ribs better because the SAUCE wont fix itAnd the side bar..pickles were not sliced but chunks like they just got lazy and cut in 3s...Just a lot lacking...mac n cheese could have a layer of cheese...maybe cajun seasoning mixed in..Potatoes in better NOT SOAKED for hours in water and parsleyBrisket needs SPG ..ribs as wellAnd i dont know what wood you smoke with but id go fruity instead of oakRoot beer from Fountain was good

The owner was fired from Baker Hughes for not cooking anything fresh . Everything was either frozen, from a can or boiled . They canned him for this . I see he's doing the same old thing ! This is a pattern of behavior with this person . People aren't dumb they know when food is freshly prepared. The reason the place is clean is because there's no customers . The reviews he posts are from his employees,so not really valid .

Lio provided outstanding customer service! It was our first time trying this place when we were craving BBQ, and the prices were great. Lio's hospitality was top-notch, and the other gentleman working with him (whose name we didn't catch) was also fantastic. The experience was excellent, and this is now our go-to spot for BBQ!

I have driven by this place many time and today I decided to stop. BIG MISTAKE. This is why. First this meal was $18.94 with a fountain soft drink The services was ok, nothing real outstanding; nothing bad. The place was really clean; that was a big plus. Now for the food. I had the sliced brisket (moist). Good portion however. I have eaten Bar-B-Que in every region of this country and I can sayl by far this was some of the worst brisket I have ever had. No smoke taste. No smoke rimg to even sat there was smoking done. Tasted as though the meat had been boiled first the thrown on something to char the outside. It literly had NO taste. Now for the greens. They appeared to have been poured from a frozen bag. NO TASTE, NO TYPE of SEASONING, The greens them selves was more of shavings than actual greens. Now for the Mac&Cheese. HORRIBLE. Kraft from the box would have been better. So needless to say. I will not be back and would NEVER suggest this to any one I know.

Came here alone on a Saturday afternoon 2 weeks ago and it did not disappoint! The people working were very nice to me and the lady who rung up my order was giving me suggestions on bbq sauce's I would like. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. The baked potato was 10/10. I cant wait to go back!
