Was having a not so great day but that quickly changed when I walked in and was Warmly Greeted by A Huge Smile ðŸ˜ and a Bubbly Personality Girl by the name Ismene. Who had the personality that didn't allow me to continue my day without altering my view of the day. And suggested I get the plate ðŸ½ï¸ that had Chicken, Ribs , Brisket, Sausage, Rice ,Beans and potato salad but ended up have to take most of it home for a later snack ðŸ˜‹. Overall the best part was Ismene recalibrating my attitude to a positive outlook, I believe it made my meal experience better

All the food I ordered was good except for the baked potato. The skin was peeled and all the toppings were on the top. At least the butter and cheese needed to be blended in. All in all, great place with great meat.

Stopped by today for lunch to go and this place was amazing, the food was out by the time I got there, didn't have to wait at all. The server, Sandra, was very sweet and did an amazing job with explaining what came in my order. The food tasted so good and I definitely got way more than my moneys worth. I will be returning soon.

There is a weird smell when you walk in but the six of us were able to find a big table to celebrate a birthday. I think the portion sizes were great. If you are extra hungry, get the stuffed potato. The rice tasted good and a little too fired. Other than that, the beans and meats were delicious!

This was my first time here, I wanted to try a little bit of everything so I ordered the Cattleman's plate ( brisket, sausage, beef rib, pork rib, chicken).The beef rib was slightly dry but tender enough to bite easily off the bone and the seasoning on it was good, the chicken leg/thigh was very good I loved the tasty seasoned crispy chicken skin, the meat was soft and juicy. Sadly after that everything else wasn't as good, the pork ribs were extremely dry it was very tough to eat, the brisket was just okay it was sauced in bbq so I can't review the meat flavor like the others but it tasted okay, the sausage tasted like a cheap type of sausage, the sides all tasted generic not bad but also nothing that stands out.They serve you chips and salsa while you wait for your food which is always a plus, there was a very uncomfortable smell of drainage as soon as you get inside.Overall I don't see myself returning here, perhaps it was a bad day for some of my meats or perhaps that is just how they prepare everything, but for the price I paid I would have expected a higher quality of food.
