Yes I have frequent this facility twice the food was great but what I have a issue with is staff not wearing gloves are hairnets when preparing your food. How do I know if you washed your hands before preparing my food. Same person hading the credit card machine and preparing food. I am sure everyone has been taught proper food handing techniques. If you want to keep your customers do the right thing PUT on Gloves and have one person taking payments and one preparing food.

My mother ,grandpa and I decided we wanted to try somewhere new so we headed to Petty's BBQ in killeen from copperas cove. I have to say we absolutely loved everything ,they were super busy with not a lot of workers so yes it did take awhile for our food but I rather good food take awhile than eat nasty food sent out quickly. The mustard BBQ sauce was so freaking good on my loaded fries & the regular sauce on the ribs. Sitting in there eating you could see they are a busy business and that every loves the food.

It had been quite a while since went to Petty's but after today wondering why I had been gone so long. For the first time we did take out from the new location. We got brisket (mixture of lean and moist), ribs and the jalapeno/cheddar sausage with potato salad, mac & cheese and the pinto beans for sides with some of their BBQ sauce. The customer service was excellent with the staff patient and very friendly. We got home and dug in and all was excellent. Brisket, moist and flavorful, ribs with a good bite but still every tender and good balance on the cheddar and jalapeno for the sausage. Potato salad was excellent and same for the beans and mac & cheese though would prefer just a bit more creaminess on the mac & cheese. We will definitely be back and plan to be regulars.
