This is great when your hungry. Want a decent meal and don't care about frills. It's just a good 'ol place to get a bite if you like Bar B Q. I always get Chicken so I can't say how the Beef and Sausage measure up to other Bar B Q. If you've never eaten there and your hungry it's worth a try. If you've eaten there, you already know. You walk up to a counter and order, get your drinks from a fountain in the Dining area sit in one of 2 large areas. It's family friendly and reasonably good service. I eat there about once a month and will again.

Try it for yourself but probably the worst BBQ I've ever had. The meat isn't smoked or seasoned. The sides were below average. The peach cobbler was my biggest concern. My family just didn't enjoy it. We spent $60. There is plenty of parking out front.

Lean Brisket was favorable but it was not tender. The pork ribs were the same. One rib was nice and tender. Cole slaw had too much vinegar. Okra was good. This place came very highly recommended so my experience was very disappointing.

I tried this location and restaurant for the first time, June 14th. I ordered three meals ( brisket plate, sausage plate and rib plate) and three desserts (two peach cobblers and one lemon meringue pie to go. The meals come with two sides. When I arrived home, there was an issue with one of my sides. I immediately contacted the restaurant, and their customer service was top-notch! They resolved the issue and sent me a gift card. I used the gift card a few days later at another location on Brasewood and ordered some different items. The food was even better! Ribs were exceptional at both locations. Peach cobbler was definitely different from mine, and the lemon meringue pie was tasty!😋

Decent BBQ although brisket was a little dry. Reasonable prices, but they went up in the past few months by about $1 for dinners. Large servings. Comparing to Spring Creek down Hwy 6, they are $2 cheaper for a brisket plate. And you don't have to pay extra to choose onion rings, fries or okra as a side here. But they don't come around offering fresh baked bread like SC. And SC has a lunch special that makes a brisket plate about the same price as here. I think the brisket and sausage is just a little more tasty at SC, but both are really good. Worth a try for sure! They got one of those new machines at the register that forces you to say "no tip", which I hate! Why should I be pressured to tip when I order at the counter and pick up my own order?
