This part isnt their fault but I am coming in having nothing in my stomach for almost 24 hours. I originally wanted a loaded potato but was told it would take a while to make them. Because of my stomach, I wasnt wanting to wait. Instead, I got their brisket quesadilla off their 'secret menu' and asked for light cheese (easy on the cheese), as my digestion cant handle cheese well and having Autism, having too much cheese will make me gag and throw it up. I also ordered banana creame pudding and a nacho stacker for my husband. This is where is started to get problamatic. I wasn't told that my quesadilla would be a 10 to 12 minute wait and they didnt want to give me my banana pudding until my food came out. My husband got his food immediately though. Then finally after my waiting period, low and behold hardly any brisket was in my quesadilla, and there was nothing but heavy amounts of this cheese. And I still hadn't recieved my banana pudding at this point. Overwhelmed, I had my husband request a refund and the owner (who I am pretty sure will be responding to this) told the manager on duty they dont do refunds. So for anyone requesting a refund, thats not gonna be possible. Now they were willing to remake it (of course they did it with an unhappy heart) and I did appreciate one of them (who didnt give us any trouble at all) gave us an extra pudding. However, we pay not only for the food to be made the way we ask them to the first time, we pay for the experience, and expect to be treated with kindness instead of being dismissed and feeling like we are an inconvenience. Do better!

After visiting another location I wanted to try this one which is the sitdown restaurant. I wasn't very hungry so I only ordered two ribs. While the ribs were moist and fully cooked they weren't tender or well seasoned. They were very similar to ribs cooked at home in the oven without sauce. This is disappointing and a step down from the other location.

This place was good for a quick stop. Unfortunately they were sold out of the brisket so we had pork. The staff was so very nice. The food was pretty good. I also felt the price was reasonable. I would go back again.

I had the sliced beef tray. The sandwich and beans were good. The potato chips were too thick for my liking. I felt like the meal was a good value at $11.95 as the portions were generous.
