Absolutely FANTASTIC TX BBQ. Sliced brisket and the large dino beef rib were the highlights for me as both were flavorful and melt in the mouth tender. I went here with my parents the week after mother's day because my mom wanted to eat BBQ again after eating at another BBQ in the Colony for mother's day. She was blown away from the food and service at Hutchins. Me and my parents loved the food at Hutchins and have recommended it friends/family. It is pricey but it was worth every dollar. Definitely a must try for real Texas BBQ.

The other day, I visited Hutchins BBQ and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I ordered a beef rib, brisket, pork rib, pulled pork, and jalapeño sausage, and every single bite was spot-on.The beef rib was huge, smoky, and incredibly tender. The brisket had that perfect bark and melted in my mouth. The pork rib was fall off the bone good, the pulled pork was juicy and flavorful, and the jalapeño sausage had a great snap with just the right kick of heat. For sides, I had the mac n cheese, creamy and comforting, and the brisket pinto beans, which were packed with smoky flavor and tender brisket pieces.A special shoutout to Efrain, who provided outstanding service. He was friendly, attentive, and really made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal and his attention made the experience even better. To top it all off, I finished with banana pudding, peach cobbler, and ice cream for dessert. The banana pudding was cool and creamy, the peach cobbler was warm and comforting with just the right amount of sweetness, and the ice cream was the perfect way to finish such a hearty meal.If you're looking for authentic, top-tier Texas BBQ with excellent service and a true Southern finish, Hutchins BBQ is a must visit. I'll definitely be back!

The hype was hyped up indeed. I'm sure we've all seen the TX twinkies all around our socials, so we felt compelled to try everything on the menu. Getting to the restaurant was easy enough, they had ample parking but let's be real, with TX trucks everywhere, and people having lunch in what seems to be any hour they were open, it was almost a Costco-esque experience. The line was already headed to the side of the building, the outdoors smokers had free tastings of their Jalapeño sausage...it was sooo greasy it coated my upper palate 😅 After about another ten minutes, we were at the entrance, and there would be another line to greet you towards the meats. This was 2pm on a Saturday, so the place was packed...no one looked in a hurry to leave either 🤷🏻‍♀️ Now the meats! Our slicer dude (Lira) was phenomenal, big smile ✔️, awesome knife skills ✔️, that made us order more than we could finish (we got brisket, sausage, wagyu tri-tip and twinkies), he even massaged the twinkies into submission. LOL🤭 Truth be told, the TX Twinkie was underwhelming, so was the orig sausage, I expected more flavor and spice but left wanting. Brisket and tri-tip were good but not enough to make me jump up the couch. The sides were very tasty, esp the Broccoli salad, reminded me of a chicken macaroni salad sans the pasta. The fried okra, coleslaw were ok too. Mac and cheese never disappoints, especially since they added basically our weight in cheeses. Not that we're hard to please, but perhaps our palate has tasted too many cultures versions of BBQ. Service was great though, always good to see young hardworking people. Thanks Caitlin and Lira! 👍🏼

Had a great experience dining here! Our server, Morgan, was incredibly attentive and helpful from start to finish—always checking in at just the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and came out just as we ordered. Great service really makes a difference, and Morgan definitely delivered. Will be back when in area!

Had some of the best Texas BBQ here at Hutchins BBQ. I would recommend the brisket it was cooked to perfection and very tender. The ribs and hotlinks were also very tasty. They had a good variety of sides, condiments, and desserts available for customers dining in the restaurant. Mike was very friendly and attentive, with my family and I. He provided us with excellent customer service. My only complaint is that they did not serve the brisket hotlink that my family and I were looking forward to try.
