Stopped in to give it a go. Ordered the sausage which is cased at the store in a pork casing with the brisket trimming. Excellent barbecue! Also had the yellow potato salad which did not disappoint. Can't wait to go back and give it another go! Stop in Del Rio if you're looking for some quality cue.

Stopped here on the way back to San Antonio. Brisket was nice and juicy, smoked turkey was really good, sauces were all excellent. They give you free jalapeños, pickles, onions, and bread. Portions for the sides are big. Really good spot

My wife and I went to Humo BBQ last Friday. It was our first visit and we were more than a little impressed. We decided to sample the turkey, brisket, sausage and ribs. All four meats were standout items and rival anything we have eaten at any of the more popular BBQ establishments in the Hill Country. The sausage is made in house and it was the best BBQ sausage that I can remember eating anywhere.
