The best smoked chicken I've ever had. This is a hidden gem that is well worth the drive. Very friendly service. I will definitely be back. True to the name, I also got a free cookie.

This place is the real deal. The baked beans are a must try and the ribs are so tender. Don't forget to grab a pound of chicken! Phillip works hard to make sure his BBQ is the best!

I've eaten BBQ at the "best spots" in Texas, as per ratings and hype... and let me tell you, this might have beat them out.We stopped on a whim during a long roadtrip, and were so tired of fast food. We just wanted something relatively quick, and GOOD.My mind is blown. The person behind the counter was so kind and helpful— and the food? OH. MY. GOD. The only thing left for the day was the chicken, the sausage, and the ribs (because we came in towards the end of the day). The chicken? Juicy and perfect. The ribs? Perhaps the best I've had in my life.In my many future roadtrips down this path, there will never be a time when I DON'T stop here.Yours truly, A new forever fan

I've been there twice this week and the food is delicious. The owner is very polite and definitely doesn't give small portions. Will be a stop every time I'm over in Mt. Enterprise

Absolutely worth the drive. Best damn ribs in Texas. Absolutely fall off the bone, and had great flavor. I didn't even need the delicious BBQ sauce that came with it for them. We got a 5 meat plate to split and tried all the sides. Brisket 5 stars, jalapeno cheddar sausage 5 stars, pulled pork 5 stars. But the most mindblowing part was the chicken. I have NEVER in my life had such juicy, flavorful chicken, and that's saying something. The baked beans were delicious, same with the coleslaw. The macaroni was cheesy and great. The potato salad was spot on! Will definitely come back to Mt Enterprise to eat again. The atmosphere is laid back. They had a small indoor dining and have covered patio seating. Overall 10 stars if it would let me. DONT MISS OUT! Plus, you get free cookies 😉
