The food was amazing in flavor. I loved the brisket and sausage. The environment was so friendly and fun. My only criticism is there was so much single-use plastic and styrofoam used. This made me feel a bit uncomfortable for my health and an environmental point of view.

This was me and my husbands first time coming to fireside barbecue, and needless to say they have a forever customer! My wife and I have purchased the chopped brisket many times as take-out. It is the best we have tasted and it does not cause stomach issues like we experience with most smoked meat. I put it in my scrambled eggs, baked potatoes, and nibble on it as a snack. Plus, the folks there are great individuals who obviously take pride in what they do. Stop by and eat. You will love it.

I ate here on 7/7/23. I spent $34 for the 2 taco plates and the half rib plate.The food is delicious. I have zero complaints on their food! The only thing I think would be great is, if they could add some of their delicious bbq sauce on the side for their taco plates! I had some from my rib plate and it kicked the tacos up a notch!Overall I would eat here again and for the half rib plate, it would have been nice to have at least 1 or 2 sides for the $14 spent.
