We've gone here a couple times recently. They refused to give us extra bbq sauce today for our order we were making to go inside of the restaurant. They were adamant that they gave us two already and we couldn't have any more. It was almost like a Seinfeld bit. We were the only people in there at lunch time besides an older couple sitting down!! We buy $50 worth of food but you guys are stingy about sauce ??? Smh sign of the times

Probably some of the worst customer service ever! Spent $40 just to throw the whole plate away. The sausage was clearly old and nearly spoiled. The cashier was extremely rude when I attempted to order chicken wing kids meal for my son smh. The guy who made my potato was nice the cashier was even rude to the other employee

I came to this location the other afternoon and let me tell you I am far from disappointed the best experience at any Dickey's I've ever had!!! Not only was my sandwich perfectly made, but the meat was so tender moist, and just melted it in your mouth! Not to mention the manager Jessica and her team were super efficient and polite! Made getting back to work on time after lunch no problem! I'll def be coming back to this location!

I visited during a time between lunch and dinner. When I walked in I got the "we're closed" vibe, but they were not actually closed. It seems like these people I assume are the owners of this location live in the back. The lady who I paid came out from the back in pajamas. It was all very strange. I'm not sure I trust the food. Rowlett has the worst restaurants even the chains can't be trusted.

I Had been to this location a year ago and the food was as good as Dickeys can be. Tonight I can say this was actually the worst BBQ I have ever had. I got the XL family pack for $100 and literally tossed half of it after my family forced ourselves to eat some of it. The only thing halfway normal was the potato salad, and the Mac n cheese. The green beans were gross and the okra was just ok. The turkey was decent the sausage wasn't right, the brisket was obviously a day old and had been in a warmer all day it was tough and extremely dry and absolutely no flavor. They did served it quick as it was a to go order but the place was empty and run down. I won't be back and would advise others to save your money and go elsewhere. I hate writing bad reviews and normally won't, but come on guys this is a chain with a detailed business plan to follow and obviously this location is not on the plan.
