This might be the best BBQ I've ever had. That brisket was so tender! The chef was welcoming and had to explain "getchasum potatoes" to my slow-to-the-party self. (I was thinking it was a Korean flavoring until he said it out loud!) They sounded delicious, but they're smothered in cheese, which I just can't tolerate well so I went with the bean dishes, both excellent! The fried chicken was very good too. I'm not a fan of sitting outside, but they did have sunbrellas. While I'm a big eater, I couldn't finish this plate of food. That's something I basically never say.Based on what I saw people eating at the silos area and my own dining here, I think this place could be the best. The value alone is worth walking the 3 blocks from Silos to here.

We had pulled pork, brisket, and peach cobbler. It was all delicious. The next thing I plan to try is the smoked meatloaf, I have heard it is wonderful. We enjoyed Broken BBQ more than Terry Black's. I like the outdoor eating area with comfortable seating, umbrellas, and a covered bar. The service was fast and personable. The employees are enthusiastic about their work, that quality is hard to find. The only drink Broken BBQ offers is water but they partner with Barnett's for any other drinks. We had a perfect old fashioned there.

Friendly service, absolutely delicious food, and affordable BBQ! We will be back! The 4 meat meal was enough for two very hungry adults. The smoked chicken and sausage were our favorites — but the brisket and burnt ends were so good, too! For sides, the Mac and cheese and potato salad were some of the best we've had.

Everything about this great little food truck was amazing! The owners were so nice, both chefs who left there jobs to collaborate on this food truck venture! So glad they did! Started with the brisket queso, just amazing! Had the burnt ends which are to die for. My son had a special brisket with crawfish cajun dish, I forget the name, but came with cajun rice and green beans. The service was great and it is in a great spot next to a whiskey bar. In an open area with plenty of seating, looks like they have live music there. I highly recommend if your looking for a great BBQ experience!

Broken G BBQ is our favorite go to spot for BBQ. The customer service is excellent and the food is amazing! So far we've tried the brisket, smoked chicken, beef rib and the stuffed smoked potato which was loaded with turkey, also Mac & cheese and green beans as sides. Please check this little gem in Waco, TX out!
