Our first time at Brisket Love Barbecue & Icehouse 15338 FM 849 Lindale Tx and it was a great experience. We came in early on a Saturday so it was not real busy yet, we found out about this great place from a friend and seeing the great reviews on facebook. We had sliced brisket, sausage, and the sliced turkey. So moist even the next day since we had leftovers we took home an the flavor was awesome. Best BBQ we have ate in such a long time we will be coming back for the ribs and more of the above wow thanks for the great service and wonderful food. Fantastic for our carnivore diet!!

Nice, was recommended by local fire department. Brisket was tender, sweet and juicy. Pork Burnt Ends were very tender and full of flavor. I had the scalloped potatoes which were delicious as well. they had some thick potato slices and a good amount of cheese. I tried both the East Tx sauce and the Central Tx sauce (the meat did not need any sauce, very tasty without) just to say I tried them. I was more impressed with the flavor of the East Tx sauce, it was more of a traditional type bbq sauce. The Central Tx sauce was ok but not for me, it was more of a au jus to me, flavorful but not my choice in the future for when I return.I definitely give it a 9 out of 10. The food was great and the service was good however the employees just weren't as friendly as I would have liked them to be. Doesn't hurt to smile folks.

The food was good, but unfortunately not hot or fresh. The sliced brisket I ordered was served cold, as was the corn. The restaurant has a classic local Texas vibe, which adds to the charm. The staff were friendly and polite. There's also a bar on-site with live country music and dancing—entry requires a small cover charge, but it's a fun option if you're looking for an authentic Texas night out.

A great East Texas BBQ/ venue setting the bar extremely high when it comes to the quality of food and customer service. Love this place!

Well it was nice to have some good Texas barbecue again. It had been a while. We sought this place out on our way through Lindale as it came highly recommended. There were a ton of cars in the parking lot when we arrived but once inside there was no line between 2 and 3 on Sunday afternoon. It looked like they were having an event in a separate room with a large number of folks but you would have never known they were there. It did not interfere with our private dining. We wanted a small sampling of all of the meats (with the exception of the pulled pork....maybe another time) and a couple of sides. We chose to get one quarter pound of turkey, brisket, one third pound each of the ribs and jalepeno cheddar sausage. The meats were all fantastic. The standouts were the ribs and the turkey for me though. Wow! So flavorful. You must order the delicous butter sauce to dip the turkey in....Mind blowing! We also ordered the pinto beans that tasted like a ranch style bean. They were pretty tasty and I found the German potato salad to be a delightfully unique side compared to other bbq joint side items. The service is spectacular and attentive. I would definitly come here again.
