Boomerang BBQ catered our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough! Sarah was amazing to work with from consultation through the day of. She would help throw out ideas that she and her team put together for previous events they had catered to help us create a true West Texas experience for our guests. We chose brisket and turkey for the main meats with green beans and potato salad on the side; she created a coffee bar for us which guests were able to drink as is or take to the bar for Mexican coffees; and they served late night chicken nachos out of their food truck at the end of the night. I have received so many compliments on the food from family and friends saying it was some of the best BBQ they've ever had! We would 1000% recommend them to anyone and plan to hire them again for future events.

I got lucky enough to score some ribs from Boomerang BBQ & YALL. As a 7th generation Texan, I know my barbeque. Everything was soooo delicious!!! The ribs were very tender and tasty. Personally I'm not usually a fan of bbq sauce, as I think really good meat doesn't need it, and these ribs definitely have a depth of flavor that stands on its own!! Even still, the sauce is super yummy and not too sweet like most sauces. The sausage was perfection. Mac & cheese was the bomb. Thanks for an awesome meal! Go try them if you haven't already.

Matt and Sarah are BBQ World Champions, so you know you're going to get some of the best BBQ you've ever had. The Wagyu brisket is so tender and will melt in your mouth. I got a chopped brisket sandwich with beans, chips, a drink, and banana pudding. Everything was very good. The brisket and banana pudding were especially tasty. Some of the best brisket that I've had. The beans were a little dry and bland, but they were still edible and alright.I will definitely be bringing my family so that they can all try it. It was a good stop for my lunch break today.

I really want to like this food. We have gotten it three times now, and it has disappointed every time. I will start with the good. I have no complaints about the turkey, and the banana pudding is good. Now to the not-so-good. The brisket has a very, very thin smoke ring and an odd, soft texture. It's almost like it was steamed. The macaroni and cheese is very runny and lacks flavor, and the beans are disturbingly sweet. Every time we've ordered from them, the orders have been wrong and they've been sold out of sides (before noon on a weekday). I hope things get better, but I'm afraid they've struck out with us.
