If a customer calls to let you know there is not one, not two, but three hairs in their food they just bought from you, try being a little more appreciative they called with the heads up. The call wasn't to get free food. With the attitude experienced when advised and then being hung up on, gave the final reason why this review was submitted.I ordered jalapeño, white cheddar sausage. When I started eating the pieces (thank God I always look at my food) I noticed a 3"-4" hair. So I threw that piece away and the piece next to it. Eat a couple of pieces (the sausage was amazing BTW) and find a second shorter hair. Again throw away and what it was touching. Now I'm looking, find a third piece. Throw it all away.I understand things happen and that it was not intentional, but your attitude??? You have complete control over it. Do better.

So glad we were able to stop in and try it. Food was absolutely delicious and the decor was so cute. We loved it! Staff was nice and friendly. We had seen the signs on I-20 before but had never been able to stop. It definitely did not disappoint!! Wish they were closer so we could have it again but at least now we know where to stop on road trips through East Texas.

Definitely eat here!Great food at a good price.The scrumptious Bar-B-Q will have you coming back again and again.For me, a restaurant has to pass the "smell test" before I'll eat there. The tantalizing scent wafting from this Bodacious location will draw you in. At lunch, when I usually come here, there will probably be a short queue, but it's definitely worth the wait. You can peruse the menu board or enjoy the many artifacts lining the walls to pass the time before you order.My favorites are the Sloppy Joe, the sliced beef, and the ribs. The Sloppy Joe is an excellent sandwich. Rich in flavor yet easy on the pocketbook. The scrumptious ribs are better here than at any other Bodacious location in the Longview area.The service is quick and friendly, the servings are heaping, and the atmosphere is unique. Be sure to check out the wall art while you are here.

Nice clean establishment. If I'm not mistaken, it's run and operated by the owners. I ordered a 2 meat plate for wifey. It consisted of their homemade sausage, sliced brisket, potato salad, and beans. Homerun on the sausage, they put love into them. Brisket was nice and moist. Her sides were good as well. I got a 3 meat plate all ribs. Sides of coleslaw and mac. The mac was cheesey and good. We will be back. Folks, let's support this place. Another good sign was that a guy came in for the 2nd or 3rd time that day. He wanted a baked potato, which was sold out. The potatoes must be good. I'll be sure to try them next time. They also sell a brisket chili dish. I want some.
