Been going here for over 25 years. It was always my favorite but had gone down really low. I ordered chicken amf they only give me 1 piece when always get 2. I ask if I can pay extra for another they say no. The brisket had more than 1 inch of fat on every piece. Manager is very rude and acts so annoyed by asking for a refill. I ask for bar b que sauce cause they forgot to give me some some when I asked while placing my order and the lady argues with me about giving me some. Horrible service and bad quality food.

Sadly my Corpus folks... This particular facility has a slab of sloppy characters working the drive through.. This will be the 4 time I've been interrupted while ordering and speaking at the cashier counter not to mention Incomplete orders and skimpy requests . 3 of the ,4 times the same heavy duty didn't even give us what we asked for. It didn't make any kind of dent to put the same type girls working salad bar area to prepare for drive through either. They all pretended to not see me at the window waiting . Which I didn't mind I can wait patiently for as many request I may think of. Management should really consider people who are there to serve customers. Ready to supply whatever we request. Don't like your job go fetch another one where people aren't made to feel bothersome to ask what we are paying for. Mistakes are made but geez too often at this one.

It's really a shame... It used to be so good. And place you could trust good portions. The prices have skyrocketed, fried chicken has greatly reduced in size from the way it was previously but you are paying more. Thr state of the restrooms every single time I go in have got to be some kind of Health violation. It is a trusted name I grew up with that is in Rapid decline. Makes me sad.
