It took 22 min to get 2 tacos and a soft drink at the walk-up. They are very short staffed( not in height). The drive thru girl was told to get her own drinks, get ice, get the orders out quickly. 1 girl was at the line preparing the food to go, definitely need to add employees at this location and have the food ready to be served. This is a location that if need be you can get food but be prepared to wait.

Went there yesterday and ordered drive through. Got two three piece chicken. No bread on one order was given to us. No napkins, although they're always greasy. We got two legs in one order. This place has been going down, for us anyway. Not sure how much longer we'll keep ordering from here.

Since moving to this area, this is my first time to eat at Bill Miller's BBQ on Perrin Beitel Rd. Few customers around noon. Walked right thru dine in line. No waiting. Ordered a two meat BBQ with two sides. Sausage & chicken. Sausage was spicy & tasty. The chicken breast & wing was very tender & juicy. Potato salad was good. Prefer a more creamy cold slaw. Bill came to $15.00 to include tax.

So...I rolled up to the line at about 8:15pm last night, I figured I was close enough from closing time to not be too much of a burden on the staff, because that's something I consider. I ordered two chicken plates (one tenders, and the other 3pc) both with macaroni and cheese for the sides... I rolled up to the window at 8:39pm, the service was good, no complaints there, however when I got home the macaroni and cheese in BOTH plates where half full like they were running out and "stretched it," to fill the order. But the chicken y'all ...smh y'all, I would have rathered the young man on the mic have told me they were out and I could have went somewhere else?? But no they opted to take my $22.00 and give me chicken that was ether "bottom of the basket," or had been "sitting out," for over an hour?? In any case equals hard dried chicken, but the tenders were so bad I had to take a picture of the "3pc tender," plate I got... Not sure if it was the time of day, or the location but I spoke to the chief and he said "this ain't it."

Great dinner last night, so friendly. Met a customer named Shirley, we talked for awhile. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our one month anniversary dinner. Handicap cap parking and ramp to the building. Double door entrance which is nice. I ate the chicken with stuffing and pinto beans. Really good and had left overs for later. This place is super clean and organized. Super impressed.
