Stopped in for the first time after hearing some other people give them the green light. The atmosphere was nice and the tables and floors were clean. Unlike many BBQ places, there wasn't that heavy smokey/meaty smell in the air. The black and orange is a nice color combo. Later on why that color color combo.Food: I only had ribs and sausage with sides of beans and macaroni and cheese. Everything was fine. I like the mac and cheese. It just needed a little pinch of more salt. The baked beans were beans but no meat? And a little thicker than usual. Not bad, just an observation. The ribs were ribs. They did have a nice char. The sausage was a bit dry. Like it had been sitting out for a few hours. Not bad overall.Service: Was pretty good. The young man greeted me and waiting for me to choose my items. I asked for a sample of the brisket and got the 😐 face. Which was okay... 😅The wait was short. I wasn't able to take a picture of the plate. It fell over in the car. Beans everywhere! But I managed to save the rest and a few beans. My disclaimer is that BBQ Hub is a play on words. When you read the menu names, you might be like... 🤔😯😳🤭 And then I realized where the name and color combination came from. 😆 Anyways, it's worth a visit.

Well, lemme tell ya 'bout my time at BBQ Hub in Killeen, darlin'. I sauntered on in and got me a Poly Plate, loaded up with some brisket and pork ribs, mac and cheese, fries, and a side of cornbread. Now, hold on to yer hat, 'cause we got a tale to tell 'bout this BBQ feast. The brisket, bless its heart, was a tad on the dry side 'cause they forgot to put that sweet BBQ sauce on the side. But you know what? Don't fret none, 'cause when I mixed it with that creamy mac and cheese, it danced a two-step in my mouth. That mac and cheese was a li'l plain, I'll admit, but boy howdy, when I added that brisket, it sang a whole new tune. Now, them fries, honey, they were the real deal. But let me tell ya, the star of the show was them pork ribs! I ain't jokin', they were some of the best I've had in Killeen. A true Southern delight! I declare, I'm fixin' to go back to BBQ Hub for them pork ribs alone. So if you're hankerin' for a taste of good ol' Southern BBQ, y'all better head on over to BBQ Hub. It's a taste of the South that'll have you comin' back for more. Bless your heart!
