Absolutely fantastic BBQ! Meats are well prepared, cooked appropriately, and the sauces are up to the task as well. Maybe the best green beans you'll ever have in your life. I've tried many BBQ joints from Weslaco to Alamo for almost 20 years... I gotta say that Ain't She Grande BBQ really delivers on it's restaurants namesake. As much as I enjoyed their delicious ribs... I go in for their famous brisket sandwiches 😋 there are many other places that sell their sandwiches on the cheap, with dry & little to no meat, but Ain't She Grande brisket sandwiches are pure smoked perfection with enough meat for your buck. The atmosphere is great, they have soda station along with sweet/unsweetened tea & the staff are some of the friendliest & helpful people in the RGV. If you are a winter Texan visiting who loves their BBQ this is the place for you & it's not far from Victoria Palms.

Oh man, where do I start? This place is a real treat! It's true, real home made barbecue. This is low and slow, full flavor, magnificent smoked food. Small dining area, but ample and cozy. Service is great. I've ordered the brisket bowl and pulled pork bowl on separate occasions and both were fabulous. Everything that our party members ordered looked great and portions are very generous. They even have fresh, hand cut fries. For dessert, get the S'mores cookies and thank me later! If you are in the valley, don't bother with the other guys. Ain't She Grand is the best I've tried yet!
